EXPERIENCE

Tom joined Ascent in 2000. He leads the finance and operations functions of the firm.  He has previously served Ascent in roles as vice president of finance and as controller. Before joining Ascent he spent three years as a Financial Analyst at Textron Systems Corporation, where he was a member of the Senior Level Acquisition Team. Tom has also served as a Manager for Romito, Tomasetti & Associates, P.C. and as a Staff Accountant for Price Waterhouse.

EDUCATION

Tom has a BA in economics and accounting from the College of the Holy Cross. He is also a former CPA.

LIFE OUTSIDE WORK

Tom enjoys skiing, running, swimming and cycling, has completed four marathons, five Ironman triathlons and over two dozen half-Ironman triathlons. He has two children and lives in Bedford, where he has retired from coaching his son’s soccer team after 9 years.
