Mark Galvin, is the Founder and CEO of Whaleback Systems, a converged services company offering easy to use VoIP technology to small and medium businesses. Mark is also a Founder of Cedar Point Communications, a developer of carrier-class voice switching solutions for cable operators. Prior to Cedar Point, Mark served as the Vice President of the Local Exchange and Access Group of Excel Switching after the company acquired his previous startup, RAScom, in 1999. Mark was the Chairman, Founder, and CEO of RAScom, which developed remote access servers for the enterprise and Internet service provider markets. Prior to that, Mark served as the Founder and CEO of Primary Rate Incorporated, a Wide Area Network (WAN) and digital telephony subsystem manufacturer that was acquired by Xircom in 1995.
