Christopher W. Lynch
Managing Director
Experience: Chris has thirty years of venture capital experience, twenty two of which have been spent with Ascent. Chris began his venture capital career in 1977 at TA Associates, focusing on communications and media investments. Chris later joined the Massachusetts Capital Corporation, where he served as an Investment Officer and Vice President. In 1984, Chris became President of MCC Corp., a spin-off of Massachusetts Capital Corporation that focused in the technology and broadcasting industries. Chris joined Ascent in 1985 as a Managing Partner.
Current board seats include Everyday Wireless, Innoveer, The Corporate Marketplace and ZoomInfo.
Education: BS in Political Science from Colgate University. MBA from Harvard University.
